This class focuses on creating appealing environments for entertainment. We will dive into design principles including but not limited to perspective, negative and positive space, thumbnails, composing, a...nd values. Throughout the course, students will learn quick sketch techniques, visual development process and conceptualize ideas to finalization. The topics covered are intended as an introduction to environment design to prepare students to become visual development artists, designers, illustrators, set designers or concept artists. No matter your skill level, this class will take your design skills to the next level.
