The Port City Animation Festival is a non-competitive three-day showcase of independent animated films from all over the world.
The festival welcomes submissions from students as well as professionals. All films will be considered, but they must be entertaining. Screening formats include 16mm, 35mm, DV, and DVD. All submissions should be on NTSC VHS tape or DVD.
The festival is located in Wilmington, NC on the east coast of North Carolina.
The entry fee is $15 per submission.
