ASIFA-Hollywood and Sony Pictures Animation are hosting a screening of SURF'S UP. The second fully animated feature from Sony finds young surfing penguin, Cody, dreaming of leaving his life in the Artic to surf professional, following in the footsteps of his hero, Big Z, who disappeared years ago during a surfing competition. Following the screening, a Q&A will be held with a panel of the film's artists including director Ash Brannon, senior animation supervisor David Schaub, supervising animator Rento Dos Anjos and visual effects supervisor Rob Bredow. Beginning at 7:00 pm, the screening will take place at the Pacific Galleria Stadium 16, located at 15303 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, California 91403.
