Adult Swim Shares ‘My Adventures with Superman’ Official Trailer

Warner Bros. Animation and DC’s serialized coming-of-age story follows Clark Kent as he builds his secret identity and falls for Lois Lane; show kicks off July 6 on Adult Swim and July 7 on Max.

Adult Swim has released an official trailer and key art for My Adventures with Superman showcasing Jack Quaid as the voice of Clark Kent, Alice Lee as the voice of Lois Lane, and Ishmel Sahid as the voice of Jimmy Olsen. Warner Bros. Animation and DC’s newest animated series kicks off July 6 at midnight on Adult Swim, the next day on Max.

New episodes will roll out weekly on Thursdays on Adult Swim and Fridays on Max. In addition, encores will air Fridays at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT on Adult Swim and Saturdays at midnight on Toonami.

Amy Friedman, Warner Bros' Head of Kids & Family Programming, announced the the show's two-season initial pickup back in May 2021, stating, “Superman has remained one of the most iconic and beloved superheroes in the world. This fresh take from the Warner Bros. Animation team delivers a modern, relatable Clark Kent alongside a fearless, whip smart Lois Lane who are navigating the small tasks of both becoming adults and trying to save the world.”

A serialized coming-of-age story, My Adventures with Superman follows 20-somethings Clark Kent, the bright and driven Lois Lane, and their best friend Jimmy Olsen as they begin to discover who they are and everything they can accomplish together as an investigative reporting team at the Daily Planet.

The story follows Clark as he builds his secret Superman identity and explores his mysterious origins. On her way to becoming a star reporter, Lois teams up with photographer Jimmy Olsen to break the stories that matter. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love… as Lois gets closer and closer to uncovering his secret identity! Our trio share adventures, take down bad guys, stumble over secrets, and discover what it means to be heroes.

Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!) serves as executive producer. Jake Wyatt (Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus) and Brendan Clogher (Voltron: Legendary Defender) are co-executive producers, and Josie Campbell (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power) is co-producer.
