The classic anime has been reborn as a new series slated for release in 2023 via simulcast from Japan in more than 200 countries and territories; more details will be revealed July 2 at Anime Expo 2022.
Produced by Orange (Beastars), Trigun Stampede features an all-new cast and crew. Crunchyroll will simulcast the series from Japan in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
More series information will be revealed at Anime Expo 2022 during the Crunchyroll-hosted panel on Saturday, July 2 at 8 pm PT at the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Angeles. Panelists slated to appear on stage include author Yasuhiro Nightow; designer Kouji Tajima; Orange producers Kiyotaka Waki and Yoshihiro Watanabe; and Toho producer Katsuhiro Takei. The panelists will discuss the show and share a behind-the-scenes look at its production.
Orange will also host a studio panel on July 3 of the Anime Expo Studio at 4:15 pm at the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Angeles. The Japanese animation studio is best known for the popular shows Beastars, Godzilla Singular Point, and Land of The Lustrous.
