Facility in Hyderabad is the studio’s tenth global studio.
LOS ANGELES -- Digital Domain announced the official opening of a studio in Hyderabad, India, the tenth location for the global studio.
Digital Domain India is located in Hyderabad’s IT/ITES Special Economic Zone campus, where it joins other innovative brands including Apple, Microsoft, Facebook and Google.
Sudhir Reddy is appointed as Head of Digital Studio. Prior to leading the Digital Domain India location, Reddy worked closely with Digital Domain’s North American teams as an extension of his leadership role at Reliance MediaWorks. He brings close to 20 years of industry experience across creative, production and managerial roles.
Venkatesh Roddam joins as senior strategic advisor for Digital Domain. Roddam was CEO of Reliance MediaWorks, one of India’s leading media and entertainment companies, with a presence across several businesses including theatrical exhibition of films, film and media services and television content production and distribution.
In addition to Hyderabad, Digital Domain has global presences in Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Vancouver, London, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong.
