The Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF) final call for entries deadline is July 2, 2002. The festival, which runs every two years, is taking place October 2 - 6, 2002 at the National Arts Center in Ottawa. OIAF 2002 will treat the international animation community and public audiences to five days of new animated short and feature-length films and videos from around the world. It also connects recruiters, distributors and producers to new talent and cutting edge films. Along with its international competition, OIAF 2002 will also feature numerous retrospectives, a trade fair and industry market, children's programs, professional development workshops, parties and other special events. This year the festival has new Feature Film, Internet and Non-Narrative categories, and there is no fee to enter.
