'Everything’s Rosie' Headed to Mobile Market

V & S Entertainment appoints Daredevil Development to create a gaming app for the hit show Everything’s Rosie.

London, UK -- V&S Entertainment, the producer and licensor of Everything’s Rosie, have appointed a new licensee Daredevil Development Ltd, to produce a gaming app for their pre-school animation hit, across mobile, smart phone and tablet devices.

The license, brokered by Peahen Games, is recognition of the growing importance of multi media platforms. David Mowbray at Daredevil Development comments, “The very essence of Rosie and her friends’ adventures combines learning with laughter and this is very easily translatable into fun and educational apps.”

Vickie Corner, Managing Director of V&S Entertainment, added,  “Daredevil offer the very best in pre-school games and we are delighted to be partnering with them in the exciting and continually evolving app market place.  We are thrilled that they will be creating a cutting edge app which Rosie’s young fans will enjoy.”

Everything’s Rosie has a wide range of leading licensees in place, with more than twenty in the UK and Ireland and a growing number across Europe including Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Co-produced alongside JCC, each episode of Everything’s Rosie takes children on a journey filled with excitement, fun and friendship as Rosie and her friends encounter life’s unpredictable challenges and learn about the true value of friendship along the way.  Educational adventures and timeless stories combined with vibrant animation are the cornerstones of success for Everything’s Rosie, which is proven to resonate with its target audience of pre-schoolers aged 3-6yrs. Everything’s Rosie was recently acquired by the BBC for a fourth series (bringing the total episodes available to 104 x 11”), and primary characters Rosie and Raggles have become two of the best loved licensed characters around.

Everything’s Rosie broadcasts on CBeebies in the UK and internationally across 160 territories.
