Lionsgate has made it official — Craig Gillespie (FRIGHT NIGHT) will direct PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES, reports The Hollywood Reporter. Based on Seth Grahame-Smith's novel, the story is a mash-up of Jane Austen's love story and the walking dead.
Natalie Portman is the producer via her handsomecharlie films, alongside Annette Savitch and Darko Ent.'s Richard Kelly, Sean McKittrick and Ted Hamm. Lionsgate's Alli Shearmur and Jim Miller are shepherding for the studio.
