Michael "Shagg" Washington, a model and back-up singer for Cyprus Hill, has filed suit against Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive Software claiming the companies stole his life story for GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Shagg alleges that he met with the developers to discuss his life in Los Angeles gangs. The game producers said if they decided to use any of his story they would contact him. They never did. Now he claims that the game's lead character C.J. both looks like him and incorporates elements of his life. He is seeking $250 million.
