Your regularly scheduled obligatory 2019 Star Wars film has horfed up a new trailer! See Rey run. See Rey jump. See Rey shatter a statue with the help of Kylo Ren. Reylo confirmed? Throughout the trailer, Rey dramatically traverses multiple planets including a very familiar forest (Endor, anyone?) and an ice…disc? Star destroyers rise, Rey fights Kylo in the ruins of the Death Star throne room, Admiral Ackbar’s son Aftab joins the resistance; there’s enough fodder for diehard Star Wars nerds (I mean fans) to speculate upon for months to come. Just don’t talk to us about C-3PO’s goodbye. How can J.J. Abrams play with our emotions like that? At least R2 seems happy.
