Brand New Thing

You'd be surprised how many people believe NFT will have a huge impact on the future of the Internet and content production. Creators at ToonBox animation studio believe NFT technology will have a significant influence on the content creation industry before anybody else. NFT efforts are sometimes pointless, and this is the only problem this technology has today.

NFT animation as a revolution of the industry

Take My Muffin is an animated comedy that parodies Palo Alto. After losing his memories in a road accident, Korney discovers he can come up with brilliant business ideas without any effort. The only way to regain his memories is to cooperate with Rok, a bizarre three-eyed cat. He runs a startup lab that employs demons, goblins etc.

To all my Rick and Morty fans – I have something for you. Have you ever thought “Would be cool if we had official R&M NFTs…”? Well, if you had… no, it’s not them who are releasing an NFT, BUT! A brand new animated series that you’ll definitely enjoy is called Take My Muffin. The humor is pretty much similar, the visual style and the rest of attributes are reminding me of the best pieces in this genre. And the main thing: this series is fully funded by the cryptocurrency community. General partner of Take My Muffin is 1inch Network.

Hi Forum,

My name is Paolo Nana; creator, and author of the "The Incredibles Scoobobell."

I am looking for a partnership to turn my book series into animation.

The Incredibles Scoobobell is a pre-teen book series with a positive and moral message infused with humor.

The themed series is about Animal-Rights and Anti-Bully.

You can view the part of the series on Amazon.

By Jebbadiah | Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4:18am

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum and this is my first post, so go gentle.

With all the Covid issues going on I have been looking at upgrading my home workspace. I currently have a Asus ROG Strix, which runs fine, but then ive got an old DGM digimate monitor as a second monitor. 23 inch, not HD, kind of needs an upgrade.

Looking to get a Tower PC for 3D modelling and animation software, whats a decent model to go with?

When I was at Uni majoring in animation, one of our lecturers was adament on AlienWare Laptops. I'm looking to get a proper tower. I mainly work on 2D and concept/storyboard work currently as a freelancer, but I want to jump into 3D models to boost my concept art, maybe learning to rig so I can make my own 3D films on the side for festivals and my own art (Im very serious about this).

I don't know enough on the computer tech side to build a PC, so Im looking at something that would at least be a good start. I was wondering if there were any PC models anyone would recommend?

Any 2D animators working in the New York area? I have questions.

By 80_85 | Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 6:00pm

1) Who gets more work in the NYC area, 2D animators OR 3D animators?

2) Is it a real challenge to get work in 2D in the NY area? More so than with 3D?

I love animation and I live in NYC. I just trained in some 3D software, and while I enjoyed the learning experience, I have to say I’m just not into many things 3D, with the exception of modeling for toys, and some horror film special effect ideas.

Considering teaching myself 2D animation. Can you help?

By Madzack | Friday, June 19, 2015 at 9:28pm

Malaysian here.

So I'm kind stuck here in Malaysia, and may not afford to attend North America's top 2D animation colleges like Sheridan or CalArts. Right now, I'm considering to teach myself 2D.

Some questions:

Are there any online classes that teach 2D animation? There's Gnomon and Studio Technique Montreal but are any others you'd recommend?

Specifically, I'm considering using Anime Studio to 2D animate. What are the best online tutorial you'd recommend?
