i am getting into animation (computer animation) and i am looking into buliding my self a new system what do you guys suggest as for mother board, video card and prosesser and memory.
As powerful as you can afford, really. I invested in a top-of-the line PowerMac G5 recently, and it's been a wonderful enhancement to my productivity compared to my earlier systems.
I've found that it's best to maximize your memory, then worry about everything else.
