Modeling Tutorials or Starters

I have some Super Sculpey modeling clay sitting here, and Ive modeled some heads and funky stuff, I think I have a knack for it. I was wondering if there were any online tutorials I could check out? I want to make full body figures, but I dont know how to bake the clay accordingly, adding detail, ect.
