What is the title of this surrealist animated short movie?

First post ever, new to forums. If this is not the correct place to ask, please inform me.

I have memory of an animation I saw long time ago, but do not remember its name. Can someone here help me?

The animation was a short length, 3D or step motion (I am not sure), set in a surreal world.

It starts with a bird (?) like giant descending from the sky, as the invader of this surreal world. He carries a lollipop with him and uses it as a baton. The inhabitants are worm like beings, apparently rooted to the ground and cannot defend themselves as the giant peaks them or hit with the lollipop.

Then a hero appears in the top of the mountain. It rides an unusual mount, a rocking chair horse. It jumps against the giant and the horse breaks in his assault.

After winning, the villain is punished to be trapped in the horse rocking chair legs, and forced to witness his lollipop at a very near distance, but unable to reach or lick it.

The world is saved and the animation ends.
