The 49th edition returns November 7-16 to Espinho, promoting animation and its creators with a commitment to educating professionals and the public.
In addition to CINANIMA’s competition programs, masterclasses, workshops and retrospectives, this year’s edition will feature special thematic nights for general audiences, as well as creative and challenging selections for children and youngsters. The competition is an Oscar qualifying event, with the Grand Prize winner for short films placed on the shortlist for the Best Animation Short film nominations.
