CINANIMA 2025

CINANIMA International Animation Film Festival, established in 1976, works to promote animation and its creators. The festival is committed to educating professionals and the public. In recent years it has been developing an educational program in the visual arts that also enriches experience of those who visit the festival.

In addition to CINANIMA’s competition programs, masterclasses, workshops and retrospectives, this year’s edition will feature special thematic nights for general audiences, as well as creative and challenging selections for children and youngsters. The competition is an Oscar qualifying event, with the Grand Prize winner for short films placed on the shortlist for the Best Animation Short film nominations.
