‘The Wild Robot,’ ‘Wicked,’ ‘Nosferatu,’ ‘Fallout,’ and ‘Shōgun’ are among the winning films and TV series recognized for excellence in production design at the February 15 ceremony.

The stop-motion comedy and ‘Dune’ sequel each take home 2 awards, with ‘Wicked’ winning twice as well, including Best Production Design, at the yesterday’s 2025 EE British Academy Film Awards gala.

Wes Ball's epic 'Planet of the Apes' adventure takes the evening's final and top award, while 'Dune: Part Two' takes home the most feature wins; 'The Wild Robot' the most animated feature wins; and 'Shōgun' the most episodic wins. 

The shows take top honors for Best Animated Feature, Best VFX, Vest Production Design, and Best Animated Series, respectively, at the February 7 ceremony.

Chris Sanders and DreamWorks’ blockbuster feature led the festivities with wins in 9 categories, while Netflix and Riot Games’ fan-favorite series took home 7, in a fun but emotional ceremony dedicated to victims of January’s tragic fires and highlighted by several tributes to LA’s firefighting finest, a real-time fundraiser, and 2 building-clearing false fire alarms.

This marks the first hosting of the awards by the comedy duo, whose knowledge of VFX stems from being two identical humans; event set for February 11 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Ceremony, rescheduled for April 29 at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, celebrates individuals and companies whose discoveries and innovations have contributed in significant and lasting ways to the motion picture industry.

‘Flow,’ ‘Inside Out 2,’ ‘Moana 2,’ ‘Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl’ and ‘The Wild Robot’ get the nod in the animated movie category, while ‘Dune: Part Two,’ ‘Shōgun,’ ‘The Penguin’ and ‘Wicked’ are also among the Outstanding Producer nominees.

The Advanced Imaging Society just shared that due to the impact of the tragic Southern California fires, they are canceling the 15^th Annual awards celebration; winners will still be announced February 7.
