AnimAction-Awareness Through Animation will host the 13th Annual TEAM Awards (Tobacco Education Awareness Message) at the Wordsworth Theatre from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. AnimAction-Awareness Through Animation is an educational production company specializing in animated anti-tobacco public service announcements (PSAs) produced by middle school students collaborated with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The theatre is located at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Brentwood, California. Nancy Cartwright, voice of Bart in THE SIMPSONS, will present awards and Tom Kenny, voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, will host. The award show honors the students who participated in the AnimAction program during the past school year. Kids' WB! has committed to honor the student winners of the best overall PSA on the air along with airing their animation nationwide. All the other networks have committed to broadcast as well.
