Too Art for TV, Too is the second exhibition of artwork from the New York animation industry. The event features prints, paintings, toys and animation. PGA New Media Council's Mobile Content Committee is presenting "LIL' BUSH -- A Case Study." The panelists will be discussing the first animated mobile content series to cross over to television.
