WinFemme Film, Video & Screenplay Festival

A four year old festival in Hollywood, WinFemme is an annual and monthly screening and staged reading series for films and scripts that tell women's stories. (Men creatores are WELCOME!). Films and scripts have advanced our artist's careers, have sold and have garnered much press. $50 is the application fee. The deadlines are monthly. All entrants are eligible for the annual WinFemme Film Festival held in September.

Preview Cartoon Network's Groovenians At NY Museum Of Radio/TV

Saks Fifth Avenue and The Museum of Radio and Television are sponsoring a preview screening of the new Cartoon Network CG special, "The Groovenians." Starring Dennis Hopper and Paul Reubens of Pee Wee's Playhouse fame, the show will premiere on Cartoon Network in November. The show's music is supplied by Mark Mothersbaugh of DEVO fame and members of the B-52s!
