I'm note which days you will be here, as some events are just on certain days. Capilano College had it's great open house day on Saturday, Feb 18th., and various studios throw an event called Cartoonapalooza once a month. The last Cartoonapalooza was on Feb. 15th, and the next will likely be halfway through March.
I'm not sure if any of that helps you, but hopefully someone else will be able to contribute some better information!
