The fourth Anim'est International Animation Film Festival is open for submissions. The festival is planned for October 2-11, 2009 in Bucharest, Romania.
Films must have been produced after January 1, 2007, in the following competition categories:-- Feature Films-- Short Films-- Student Films-- Video Clip and Advertising-- Romanian Animation
Deadlines:-- July 1, 2009 for the DVD and entry form-- September 10, 2009 for the prints of the selected films
