BuSho (Budapest Short) was established in fall 2004 by a group of young Hungarian filmmakers and the first event successfully ran the following year. The festival received 360 individual entries from 45 countries in 2007. The festival consists of screenings, selections from film academies, feature films, conferences, and film and art workshops.
