The 2014 Grand Prize for Best Animated Feature is given to ‘Seth’s Dominion’ by Luc Chamberland at the Ottawa International Animation Festival; ‘Hipopotamy’ by Piotr Dumala wins the Nelvana 2014 Grand Prize for Best Short Animation.
