Hi there! I'm just new here.^_^ And I'm thinking that I should start studying animation and pursue my dreams of creating my own cartoons. So here's my questions:
1. If I'm going to pitch my idea on CN where should I send it? Is there a website for that?
2. What should I send them? Some of my own characters and a plot? Or there's more than that, that I did't mention.
3. Is there anything else I need to know? Please tell me.

Chicken or egg. Pretty much no established company wants to hear from outsiders (because they will be in a lawsuit). On occassion, yes, they'll allow it but as a rule, no. So how do you get an idea to them... know somebody and that from making a series and getting attention of someone. Perhaps an agent... This is difficult and the better path is developing on your own...
