Rachel Belofsky, president and founder of SCREAMFEST Horror Film Festival and partner Stan Winston are hosting the 4th Annual Screamfest Horror Film Festival and Screenplay Competition. The festival and competition are looking for new talent in the world of horror filmmaking as well as celebrating the best the genre has to offer.
