At 6:00 pm, Brooks College will be hosting an event featuring ASIFA-Hollywood's Animation Archive. The archive's director, Stephen Worth will be on hand talking about the progress of the project and presenting an exhibit of the creme de la creme of the archive's collection. There will be an exhibit of the work of Brooks students as well. Jerry Beck will be hosting a panel discussion and a special screening of cartoons titled, "Treasures of the ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive." This is your chance to see films that can't be seen anywhere else, so make plans to attend.
Brooks College is located at 4824 East Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. The event will be taking place on campus in the Brooks Cafe. Admission is free. A donation to the ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive is requested.
