SICAF (Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival) sets out with Animated Film Festival, Exhibition-Convention and SPP (SICAF Promotion Plan). SICAF is one of significant cartoon-animation contents market as well as remarkable festivity providing opportunities for tasting new trend of industry, exploiting trade market, finding business partners and competing creative artworks throughout its main programs.
