Constance M. Burge, the creator of CHARMED, has filed suit against CBS Studios over faulty accounting on the supernatural hit, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In her contract, she was given a fixed compensation and 7.5% of the "Adjusted Gross Receipts." She alleges that after CBS took over production from Spelling Television she was cheated out of millions. Burge is also looking to get a complete accounting of the series in order to determine exactly what she is owed.

The WB broadcast the series from 1998-2006.
