Paramount has entered talks with Jon Chu (JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER) to take the helm of G.I. JOE 2, reports HEAT VISION. Channing Tatum is expected to return as team leader Duke, but villains Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Sienna Miller are unlikely to return. It is unclear whether the roles will be recast or replaced with new characters.
