The 1,000th English dubbed episode of One Piece, the popular anime series produced by Toei Animation and based on the popular manga title by creator Eiichiro Oda, launched yesterday, August 15, on Crunchyroll. Episodes 989-999 are now also available to stream.
The series follows Monkey. D. Luffy, who refuses to let anyone, or anything, stand in the way of his quest to become the king of all pirates. With a course charted for the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and beyond, this is one captain who'll never give up until he's claimed the greatest treasure on Earth: the Legendary One Piece!
The One Piece English dub voice cast includes Colleen Clinkenbeard as Monkey D. Luffy; Chris Sabat as Rorona Zoro; Luci Christian as Nami; Sonny Strait as Usopp; Eric Vale as Vinsmoke Sanji; Brina Palencia as Tony Tony Chopper; Stephanie Young as Nico Robin; Ian Sinclair as Brook; Patrick Seitz as Franky; Matthew Mercer as Trafalgar D. Water Law; David Sobolov as Kaido; Robbie Daymond as Kozuki Oden; and Michelle Rojas as Yamato.
For all One Piece fans, a live-action adaptation will hit Netflix later this year.
