Production company 3Foot7 Ltd has announced that production will begin on THE HOBBIT films on March 21, 2011, reports ComingSoon.net. The filming star was delayed briefly while director Peter Jackson recovered from surgery.
Production will take place at Stone Street Studios in Miramar, as well as locations throughout New Zealand.
Warner Bros. will release the films on December 2012 and December 2013.
