Actress Hayley Atwell leaked to LeicesterSquareTV that Tommy Lee Jones will appear in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER. Previous rumors have the Oscar winner playing General Chester Phillips, who selects Steve Rogers for the super soldier program.
Atwell is playing Peggy Carter. The rest of the cast includes Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson and Dominic Cooper. The film is set for release on July 22, 2011.
