TV France Turns Up 36 for Sunny Side Of The Doc

TV France will be taking a stand and send 36 members to the 17th International Documentary Market, Sunny Side of the Doc, which takes place June 27-30, 2006 in the Espace Encan in La Rochelle, France.

TV France International members represented at stand A25 are 13 Production, AMIP, Andana Films, Article Z, Artline Films Beta Production, Capa, CBTV, Celluloid Dreams, Cinétévé, Cinexport, CNDP Sceren Doc en Stock, Europe Images International, Films à Trois, France Télévisions Distribution, Hikari Productions, ICTV Solferino, Idéale Audience, Illégitime Défense, Java Films, Kuiv Productions, Les Films dIci, Marathon, MK2, MVC, Onoma, Point du Jour International, Productions Tony Comiti, Program 33, System TV, Télé Images International Upside TV, Trans Europe Film, Zarafa Films and Zed.

TV France International will contribute to a luncheon panel on French-language co-productions by the SODEC (Société de développement des entreprises culturelles du Québec) on Wednesday, June 28, in conjunction with Wallonie Bruxelles Images, Swiss Films, Société Nationale de lAcadie and Film Nouveau, Brunswick. Participating in and attending the event will be producers and broadcasters from Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Belgium, Switzerland and France.

The organization repping French producer/distributors will launch a promotional DVD for HD French TV production, MADE IN FRANCE, MADE IN HD, which contains several hundred hours (118 programs) of documentaries, fiction, cartoons and feature-length productions in HD. The DVD provides broadcasters who transmit in HD, or who are preparing to do so, with exhaustive information on French programs to possibly fill their slots.
