Need help to choose tools to make math tutorials

Hello,

I would like to make YouTube video math tutorials. The big portion will be related to math formulas animation to show the problem solutions. So I need pretty basic animations: move and resize objects (numbers and simbols), change color, highlight draw on a whiteboard and similar simple things.

I tried to do animations in Powerpoint and was able to get results. However, it takes me 5 hours to make a 20 seconds simplest animations (like ilustrating rules how to multilpy fractions)

Help me find a short animated film

Hello,

I am trying to find the name and/or animator who created a film I saw at an animation festival at a local art theater around 1990 or so.

The 2D animated film was based on a single frame of a unique, goofy-looking character, standing in a blank background. The creator sent this one frame to around 20-30 animators around the world, with the instructions to create a short scene that started with that frame, and ended with that frame. The original animator then collected all the parts and put them together into the final film.

If I want to draw or make a very ugly and creepy realistic looking female animated character, that doesn't have a fantasy appearance, like fantasy vampires or witches. How should I make her facial and physical features, such as her nose, mouth, ears, forehead, cheeks etc.?
