finding a good school to go to

i am looking to get an education in motion graphics and special effects. i am currently going to collins college. it was put off to be this real good school. and now i am having some serious second thoughts about it. So i am thinking of transfering to the art institute of phoenix. anyone have advice that has gone to either or both to better help out my decision??
