Just did a run cycle of that loveable Mexican I've drawn a lot of lately. Right now it looks more like a bounce than a run. I was wanting him to hang in the air a bit. I think I'm going to have to hold him for a bit longer (two more frames) and that might help.
Well, without further ado: Gundo Run
Looks very good already, but a little bit as though he's jumping from stone to stone in a riverbed. Maybe if you let him stretch out his front legs during the high point position to convey that feeling of strides (rather than hops) a bit more?

yah, the front leg needs to pump forward a bit. When he lands it seems to kinda drags a bit and when he lifts off could go a bit further.
