I really like the storyline, voice overs and the overall of look of your work. But you've focussed to much on facial and lip syncing and less on overall motion. I made those same mistakes early on. Break those arms and hands and bodies up a little more and make them more alive, if that makes any sense.
It's fun though and has a fun look.
