A director with one short film being edited and eager to start up on the next project is looking for an animator to bring her script to life.
The short script has been written with 2d animation in mind and while I have an idea of the look I'm after am happy to collaborate and work with someone with their own distinctive style.
If you like the illustration styles of Quentin Blake and could see these animated then your on the right track.
The script itself is a neat little dark tale, where humour, logic and brains win out against the ugly, brute forces.
If this sounds interesting to you please contact me with a little about yourself and your style and I can email you the script.
You can email me at kerijenkins@gmail.com
howdy,
sounds kind of interesting..I'm interested in doing more line-work 2d stuff..I got some stuff on a web-site somewhere (I guess it's in on computer in a big room of computers in the middle of America drawing water and electricity from poor farmers)
uh, hit me back..im in england and i can send you some links and you can dazzle me with dark humourous scripts
I too would like to see your script and see what I may be able to contribute.
My style has been to date much 'tighter' than that of Quentin Blake but I would
like to develop a much looser zanier line of my own - perhaps this is just the incentive I need! I recently bought Mirage 1.5 which is perfect for 'paperless' hand drawn 2d animation.
