Well, it seems to me that overseas studios have different policies on how to contact them. It seems many of the chinese and indian studios can be contacted by email or IM, while it seems the korean ones, even though the ones I have seen list an email, maybe they are more serious and don't really regard their email listing and the only way to get your foot in the door is to call them using the listed phone numbers?
