Hello all. I've been "into" animation for quite some time, and now I want to get serious about producing some. I'm an excellent writer, artist, and all around director of sorts. (I can ALWAYS improve, however.) On the other hand, I want to take the plunge, and would like to ask anyone to offer up some advice as to how I would go about beginning a new series. I have all the cards in play--I'm just wanting some feedback from those of you who have walked this road before
