Hi
Over here in the UK, election fever is gipping the nation (sort of).
Here's my take on the whole thing with a healthy nod towards a recent cartoon classic.

It looks great, Grega! Pity that there's just such a poor choice... May the one that will do less damage win.

And it seems ironic that the ice man didn't show up on time because he was looking for his" super suit",LOL!
Grega,
Would you mind sharing what software you used to draw and animate that piece with??
flash ... (?)
Visit my site http://www.animdesk.com

Can I ask another question??
In flash, are you redrawing each frame? Or can you do any of the changes with tweening?
Awesome! Nice piece.
Cheers for the positive comments.
We use shape and motion tweening, mixed with some traditional techniques (frame by frame, cut out etc.). Whatever it takes to make the film work.

Thanks Grega...
Fantastic.. I feel as if I have been let in on the secrets of another democracy, and I am glad it is just as comical as ours. And funny! I am truly inspired, hence the following dribble.
Okay, until now I have only been a writer.. god knows there are enough of us. After seeing your short, I want to try my hand at it. I know, it sounds ridiculous! But still, and remember, I am an absolute, unabashed newb, perhaps you could point me at a few websites where I might learn to do it myself?

The style reminds me of the cartoons Hanna-Barbara are currently making: Powerpuff Girls imperticular. I wander if they use Flash?

Nice bit of animation you have going on there, how long did it take you? :)

I love the Scottish Frozone. There's always this real quick but unrushed pace to your recent work, it's very enjoyable. Oh, and good iris shot at the end.
Cheers
It took four of us a week to make. It was a bit of a rush because the election is next Thursday and we wanted to get it out in time for the last week of campaigning.
