Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me get an idea of what I should charge for a particular piece of animation a client wants to commision. They want me to take a previously designed character who is a realistic human figure, slightly anime-esque (meaning theres tassles on his wrists, so lots of overlapping action, fair bit of line mileage), and animate him hitting a drum he has at waist level, its like a bongo perpindicular to the floor. This will probably be done to a prerecorded piece of drumming, not something that can be a cycle. It'll probably be 2-3 seconds (?) of full anim, so at least 40-ish drawings. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I guess I'm not an authority in the field, but I've seen the same question aked several times in this very forum. Try searching through previous threads, and maybe you'll find the answer.
