Okay, I got a Wacom Cintiq over this past summer and I've animated a few roughs, it's a true wonder drawing on the screen but how about the clean up work?
I animate in FLASH but I can't figure out how to do clean up to look, well, CLEAN. :D
I'll post up a few links to some stuff I've animated.

One's done in pencil and the other is a very horrible sound test, LOL. I have more but since this is my first post I wanna tackle one thing at a time here.

Your tests look great, I especially liked the lizard one!
I clean up everything in flash and I use the brush tool. The only drawback is that it's lineweight varies so it's a bit harder to keep things from wobbling, but it's doable definitely. It just takes a long time to do. But really, whatever clean up method you choose, cleaning up stuff is always a big time-consuming task. You can use the pencil tool which will give you a consistent line thickness from drawing to drawing, but I personally don't like the look of stuff cleaned up with that tool. Tends to make your drawings look flat and lifeless.
Anyway, it can be done, but be patient with it!

Hey thanx Bluehickey.
Yeah I use the brush as well as the pencil tool just leaves me wanting just a bit more umph! :)
Well, here are a few Test animations I did in flash, the files are all under 100K so it'll be a fast download.
The Botbot file is me testing in layer one what I do is animate the form to what I want the character to be doing.
Layer 2 I do clean-up then throw away the frames from layer one as I get done with the sketch.
With "Testing" (File Name) I just did straight forward animation. Trying to show squash and stretch and some tugging.
"Testball" I had a bit more fun with. Just trying to add more character to a regular bouncing ball
Hope these samples bring a smile to ya :)
