I am 14 currently and in high school and want to become an animator. I will be taking soon cartoon classes in the spring to futher improve my cartooning skills. You can go check out my thread in the daily sketch. I know I will need a portfolio but have no Idea what I should include, or how to put one together/present it. Any tips or suggestions are welcome. thank you! :D

some may disagree but i suggest thinking about university in the future,most universities/colleges have industry links,therefore it will be easier for u to get a job in the industry after u leave,and also u have 3 years of experience and learning to back you up.
theres still obviously is the option of being self taught,but it will just be tougher to get in the buisness.
for now i would buy some books on animation and just practice away!
