i admit that now a deays animation requires a brigade of multifaceted artists and tech persons. But now technology is very user friendly. One who can dream, can draw a little and not deaf can slowly take the whole load. I have seen few brilliant works even. Its worth to explore own creativity than to control a huge team. Hence come the conception of independent animator. Do you think it is the next generation track of animation? Is the market ready to welcome this type of solo animator?

independent animation
i think the history of small scale production be it ad films, shorts etc is a direct result of this kind of amalgamation.
Look at South Park, they even did the voices.
its been going on for long
I can not think of a person, in the industry that was not an independent producers in their past.
Yeah, and with the internet it's cheaper and easier than ever. That's why there are so many dumb stick figure sites out there. But it's easy to root the bad from the good, and the internet makes your chances of getting seen a lot more plausible these days. And why anyone with a vision and the dedication to see it through has a chance.

I sure hope so; otherwise, I'm screwed!
