Hello.
Here is a movie daily sketch...most of my work is now on my blog- included are: lessons sketches, movies, stories and other stuff.
I just added a character demo movie- turned on the camera and went for it...
No plan (very unlike me) I just adlibbed as I went along...a grassroots approach.
Any suggestions for future characters?

Neat! A look over the shoulder of a working animator is hard to get because those who don't mind being watched while they're at it are rarely available for one.
The construction drawing is a little hard to make out at first which I believe is thanks to youtube's automatic video compression. Maybe if you used two strong primray colours to draw, like red for the construction and green for the finish?
Do an Alice in Wonderland character next, won't you? I'd like to see the Mad Hatter! (March Hare optional. ;))
That is great! it's really cool being able to see how different artists go about creating.
i checked out your site a few days ago and have been practicing the character design tutorial on there and i've gotta say, its improved my toons a lot! Thanks for taking the time to make up free lessons for the "noobs" like myself to follow. can't wait to see some new stuff on the site.
