I was just wondering, what is the standard that studios are outputting to TV at now? I'm assuming most modern TV is now working at Hidef, but which one?
1280×720 (720p) or 1920×1080 (1080i or 1080p)
I guess all this kind of thing will have a big effect on production costs ie with bigger renders and so more time required per render, I can imagine a lot of people just sticking to 720 by 576.
