“We love our fans and thank them and Six Point for all their support in Season 1,” says Keller. “To prepare for Season 2, we decided to take an ancient anthropology class and learned that the oldest recorded joke is a fart joke from 2000BC.” “Our new motto is, ‘If it ain't broke, don't fix it,’” adds Skudder.

Comments Aaron Simpson of Mondo Media “Collectively, Ed and Zack possess the ability to write, direct, animate, voice and even score a project – all while making it pass-it-around funny. It’s becoming all too obvious that they have their finger on the pulse of the social media generation.”

“Dick Figures” is the brain baby of Skudder, who writes, directs and voices the shows along with creative partner Keller. They met while attending the University of Southern California’s Film School and by sheer destiny ended up working together at animation studio Six Point Harness. “Dick Figures” was based on a short Ed animated about two stick figures, Red and Blue. It was done as his contribution to an internal development project at the studio. Six Point’s Director of Development, Chapman Maddox, saw the short and “...after I stopped laughing, I knew immediately that this strange, unique voice would be perfect for the web.” Explains Maddox “We found in Mondo Media an amazing partner that shared our vision and developed the show into a series of shorts. Working with Ed and Zack has been like tapping into a weird awesomely fun portal of creativity."

6 Point Media’s EP John Andrews represents Zack and Ed as directors in the advertising/branded content space. Andrews was introduced to the duo earlier this year. “When I saw their accumulated body of work and the range of styles it embraced, I knew they were a natural for commercial work in animation, live action, puppets and beyond!” concludes Andrews. “Great thinkers, hard workers and super talents.” Under Andrews’s creative direction, the duo has just landed their first spot. It’s for a major global brand and airs later this summer.
