Central Saint Martins Innovation will host two one-day seminars on selling you not just as your project. In the morning, the seminar will look at some general points of presentation including how we all make judgments, basic psychology and transactional analysis, getting to know your clients, the pitfalls of overselling and underselling yourself, presenting your best assets and keeping people interested. The afternoon will take the form of presentation practice in small groups, reviewing what to put in and what to leave out and how to stay calm in a difficult situation.
TV-Loonland will sell its majority stake in Metrodome, the U.K. film and DVD company, reports C21 Media. Metrodome confirmed that the board of TV-Loonland asked the company to "initiate a formal tender process for the sale of TV-Loonland's 61.3% stake in the issued share capital of Metrodome."
The tendering process is expected to be concluded by the end of September, subject to approval at TV-Loonland's annual general meeting in October. Several parties have already expressed interest in the company.

The new motion-capture company, Mobility Art Studios, has launched in Hyderabad, India, says THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. The two-stage facility will use Vicon MX-F40 motion-capture cameras on projects for the film, TV, commercial and game industries.
As part of its business plan, the company will also offer cleanup services. In the future, it hopes to open a separate cleanup division and an online performance library.

Take Two announced that the release of GRAND THEFT AUTO IV has been moved from Oct. 2007 to March or April of 2008, VARIETY reports. Take Two chairman Strauss Zelnick stated technical issues were to blame for the delay.
The move caused the company to revise its fiscal year estimate from $1.25 billion to $950 million-$1 billion. Previously, the company believed it would break even for the year, but now anticipates a loss of up to $1.35 per share. The disappointing news lead investors to drop Take Two stock, creating a 19% fall in its pricetag.
Simon Holden joins Company 3 as a visual effects supervisor and senior visual effects artist. Holden, a freelancer for most of his career, brings broad experience in creating visual effects for commercials and numerous credits in feature films. He will primarily focus on advertising work, providing visual effects supervision on the set and through post-production, as well as performing hands-on visual effects work.
Tata Elxsi has announced that its animation and visual effects arm Visual Computing Labs (VCL), will provide animation for Yash Raj Films' collaboration with the Walt Disney Co. to create a series of original, exclusive 3D-animated feature films. The first in the series is, ROADSIDE ROMEO, directed by Jugal Hansraj, slated for release in 2008. VCL claims this will be India's first original full-length 3D animated film.
Visual effects studio Guava has signed seasoned animator and designer James Collins to its roster. He recently completed a spot for GMC via Lowe Worldwide with Guava. He comes from Click 3X, where he rebuilt the CG department and headed the team.
"In addition to providing an environment that is conducive to creativity, Guava offers a very talented staff," said Collins. "I am eager to contribute my skills while also learning from the experienced artists here. At Guava, I hope to help clients nurture their ideas and solve their creative needs."
Italian-based production company Atlantyca Ent. has appointed Claudia Mazzucco ceo and Caterina Vacchi as senior manager/exec producer of the company.
Mazzucco will oversee all of the company's initiatives and reports to chairman Pietro Marietti, who established Atlantyca Ent. in September 2006 to create new business opportunities for the company's library of entertainment book properties.
Luc Besson's film production company, EuropaCorp, is going public, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. The company has filed for a listing in the Euronext Paris market.
EuropaCorp's productions include TRANSPORTER 2, UNLEASHED and ARTHUR AND THE INVISIBLES. The company has eight films in development, including TAKEN, with Liam Neeson, and a third TRANSPORTER film with Jason Statham.
Besson controls EuropaCorp through the holding company Front Line and will mostly likely hold a majority stake in the firm following the IPO.

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. announced financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2006. In the fourth quarter, the company reported operating revenue of $204.3 million with a net loss of approximately $21.3 million, or ($0.20) per share on a fully diluted basis. These results bring the full year reported revenue for 2006 to a total of $394.8 million and net income of $15.1 million, or $0.15 per share on a fully diluted basis.
Aric Ackerman joins The L.A. Studios Inc. as ceo and will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the company's LA Studios and Margarita Mix audio post-production facilities. Based in the company's studios in Universal City, he will also oversee the Hollywood and Santa Monica-based studios.
